We did a 40 km stretch of the Abel Tasman Track from Totaranui to Marahau, using the
water taxi service to get to our starting point at the northern end of the Track. Weather was a mixture of fine and
rainy, and the only daunting rain came shortly before we checked into the luxurious Awaroa Lodge, so we didn't care !
